The Consultation Process  for Staging a property for sale begins with a thorough walk-through both inside and outside of the property. A written consultation is prepared for the Client and Realtor (if applicable) from the walk-through. The consultation fee for this service is $50.00 an hour - 2 hour minimum is required for this service. The initial consultation fee will be waived from the staging cost at the completion of  your staging service.

One Day Staging of  a property requires a consultation visit to the property. Once the initial visit is complete a time of service is set with Realtor or Owner for  the open house staging service. A Staging consultation idea and suggestion list will be prepared  and presented at this time. Price of one day staging service is based on the property size and condition. Great for an open house, party prep & hoilday gatherings!

Personal Shopping services are available for the DIY stager and/or for re-designs. I can help you to blend your homes possessions  in an hour or two. I will gladly accompany you or do all of the shopping for you. The first hour of the shopping service is $50.00 and $20.00 an hour there after.  3 hour minimum is required for this service. It is recommended that you purchase the one day staging with the personal shopping service for the maximum staging benefit. However, the one day staging service is not a requirement for the shopping service.

The Bid Process of Staging properties begins when the client decides to go forward with Staging. The Clients determines "how little or how much staging is desired". A detailed staging prospective and budget are prepared and submitted to the client for approval. Upon approval a date  is set for staging. Payment for staging fee is due on the day of staging.
